and also my first cc lemon day. they let me drink my first canned lemon juice drink after having a mcdonalds burger for snacks. the burger tasted similar to mcdo burgers in the philippines.
i just remembered that on my first night here at gifu i also tasted my first canned tomato juice which was not bad but my taste buds already associates the tomato taste with pasta or ravioli.
at the sushi bar i tasted first their authentic tempura, probably with only 10percent flour. i still prefer the dgte blvd tempura which composed of 90percent flour hehehe
then i tasted two different raw fish eggs. one looked like very tiny grains and the other one looked like the eggs from the movie finding nemo. the egg balls were considerably big. maybe they were trully clownfish eggs?
in the philippines we cook fish eggs with soup or fry them. which tasted better for me.
i also ate duck meat. which reminds me that yesterday afternoon we saw a black duck flying around our neighborhood. and some big black crows. this morning i saw big birds with white feathers with black colours at the of thier wings. thier bird sound is destinct and they were flying around the dry rice field. hopefully i will see more in the days to come but not tomorrow because the forecast said there will be snow but maybe a light one with rain.
i also ate fermented soy bean sushi which was for me the less spicier cousin of humus.
the last sushi i tasted was that fermented paste that tasted so salty and slightly sour. maybe it was the same as that fermented stuff i ate at ho chi minh city's carenderia
then we went grocery shopping where i saw a giant sibuyas bombay hehehhe and google play credit cards grrrrr

so it was not really a sushi day, we only had sushi for dinner, it was more of a work day.
we went home. i showered. worked some more and blogged. and my second day in japan ends.
