Last night ended with asahi beer, but we had sake before that. That is why i was not able to blog yesterday.
Tonight let me tell you more about yesterday...
When we woke up friday morning it was snowing moderately so we got out and took some pictures and videos (posted on instagram and kikit's) , it was my first snow experience, it was an ok experience for me and proceeded to work the entire day, we had fried tofu and cucumber for lunch.
In the afternoon when there was no more snow, we took a walk to the nearby river thinking that maybe i could sketch or do some watercolor, but when we got there it started snowing lightly, we saw a muskrat (an invasive specie here in japan) busy eating on something, after a few minutes it started to snow hard and the wind blew sideways so we shot more pics but had no waterproof cameras with us so we had to go back, it was so cold. The muskrat did not mind the snow falling on its fur, it continued to do its business.
30mins after we are back by the river side but the sun already has set and it is getting dark and the muskrat was gone. We took a few more pictures of the the cherry trees with few snow on the branches and the golden grass which also has few streaks of white because of the snow. i also climbed a cherry tree and had my picture taken, i like to have my picture taken when i am on a tree :)
We had sea food pasta with coconut milk and sashimi for dinner then we drank, i got drunk and we slept at 4am after taking pictures of the parking lot and already white with snow.
