The pond and the Museum

Last sunday after lunch me and Kikit went to malagos philippine eagle center because i had been wanting to watercolor paint their pond area, i love the lily's and the lotus that is all over the area and the leaves and the flowers, everything there is just picturesque.

Before we arrived though, we found some interesting seeds, the seeds had gliders and it was fun tossing them around like paper airplanes, i think the seeds came from the Gumihan tree where we found the seeds on the ground near it, i should have taken a picture of the seeds on the ground, next time i will.

Immediately when we arrived at the receiving area i just went infront of the pond and started painting, the painting lasted for an hour under the 2pm heat.

After taking a short break, i had Oishi (Junk food) sweet and extra hot with leftover tea, i proceeded to draw the museum and the bridge for another hour, we ended just around 4:45pm just before the center closed.

This is the second time i went outdoor to watercolor paint, i think both came out well, this surely will not be the last, if i have a smaller notebook i think painting would not take long but with a big drawing pad, you will be able to paint alot of what you see.
