last wednesday i went with pens of hope in davao to celebrate our friend's birthday party with preschool kids and gave them educational kits. after lunch with the hosts in the area there was this manual waterpump that looked steampunky to me and i just had to sketch it.
the people relocated and squatted there from the coastal areas and is currently working mindanao land in negotiations with the owner so that they can own the land that their houses are on.
