talisay tree at paradise resort, samal island

Last sunday was my second time in Samal Island. the Paradise resort is very family friendly and clean. the water is clean and clear, you can go into the water and feed the fishes with breadcrumbs as we saw a man doing it when we disembarked from the pumpboat.

it is not, i repeat it is not the place you would like to go with your friends to party because drinks cost alot, the Tanduay junior lapad costs 175 pesos and there are corkage fees when you bring food and drinks into the resort.

there are no big trees in the location, although there are many talisay trees to  shade people. i would have drawn more but we had fun drinking instead. this is actually my 'tipsy' sketch hehehe

from ateneo de davao, you can take a jeepney to the paradise warf for 9 pesos. the pumpboat ride costs 15 pesos and the resort entrance fee is 150 pesos, 50 pesos is consumable.
