Last August 20, Kanako Makino, a japanese Journalist homestayed at Kikit's parents house. She was there in Calinan Davao City to interview the some Japanese Descendants and their experience in World War II.
That night, Kanako and Kikit talked about different things, from jobs, to hobbies to volunteer work and everything in between. We also let her taste Santol. She said it was hard to describe the Santol's taste, 'sweet and sour' at the same time.
