Two days after christmas we arrived in davao city from cebu city to this beautiful, laid back residence (great wifi provisions if i may add), were family and friends could enjoy a semi-private time together.
Only a few steps from a NCCC mall and Matina Town Square, you would think it would be noisy and dusty and public, but it is really the opposite. Domicilio Lorenzo is like South Sea Resort in Dumaguete City(only without the sea view). Drive 5 mins away from the city and you get a place were you can relax not just anytime in the weekend, but anytime in the week.
I sketched these images the morning after my wife and her friends had a post Christmas celebration, except for the kids splashing on the kiddie side of the pool, and the house help in the neighbor's house singing her head off while cleaning the car, it was a very peaceful site. For some reason, the convenience store ran out of ice the night before and walking for almost an hour ice hunting was not very fruitful, maybe it was the season, but just a friendly warning, if you are going to need ice for drinks, buy it before the supermarket at NCCC closes. :)
and it is also near coffee for peace, but do not go there because it is very over priced, all the coffee shops in the philippines that has dimmed lights and fancy couches are.
