it says: bahay kubo kahit munti ang kahilayan doon ay sari-sari the small hut is a bantay-dagat hut, it is a public beach where you can see cebu island. i can only imagine the couples having thier dates here at night. it is also a marine sanctuary and the waters near the beach is shallow and full of sea grass route 1 from cebu to dumaguete take a ferry from cebu port to dumaguete port, 6 hours trip, fare is more than 200 pesos from dumaguete city, take a multicab to the sibulan highway, fare 10 pesos, then tricycle to the agan-an beach, fare is 8 pesos. route 2 from cebu take a bus from cebu southbus terminal to liloan port, 3 hours trip, fare is 180 pesos from liloan port to sibulan port, take a fastcraft or pumpboat, fare is 50 pesos from sibulan port, take a tricycle to the beach, fare is 7 pesos

you can trek if you like but if its sunny i recommend you rent a bike. get there by: taking a plane from cebu to singapore, fare ranges from 2k to 20k PHP or more, depends on the season and the airline in singapore, take a boat ride from  Changi Jetty to Pulau Ubin, fare is  2.50SGD
